As a dev, it would be easier to just have an interactions component, so that I don't have to slap together Select components.

The Interactions list gets used in a few places, so would be nice to just drop in a component for it. It also utilizes the Select component which adds a label per select field, which is not desired with Interactions. Interactions should just have a single label/heading.

This component will also need [ + ] and [ - ] buttons for adding and removing select fields.
