Import not finding AutoGTAP #10

The instructions to set src as the source directory, we did not do that and ran into some issues. See the picture on how to do so in pycharm. If you do so with the correct (not most recent) version of python and pyyaml (uninstall the old version and "pip install PyYAML==4.2b4"). The program still has some issues but this gets it up and at least partially running.

I think the solution here is to update the readme to make this step more explicit. Possibly with a screenshot.
