RGB Party Parrot GIF Display

This simple project takes Party Parrot GIFs from Cult of the Party Parrot and displays them in random order on an RGB matrix with a Raspberry Pi

Usage:

• Run rando_parrots.py after setting up your hardware/software (see below).
• Modify parameters in this file to change behavior.
