Describe the bug
The user specified qc_metrics argument in the QC tma notebook doesn't do anything.
Currently if you just set qc_metrics = ["Non-zero mean intensity"], output files are also still generated for the nonzero_mean and 99.9% percentile.
Expected behavior
The notebook should only generate stat files for the listed metrics.
To Reproduce
Run the notebook set for a single qc metric.
