Anime: Reviews

Add a section on the anime page for reviews and reactions.

Reviews:

Actual full blown reviews of a show with a x amount of minimum required words to keep shit posters out.

Reactions:

Kitsu has this feature where alongside of reviews you can also do these small user reviews type things for a simplified reaction without really going into details.
Also on user profiles they should be a reactions section where you can see all the reactions a user has made.
Maybe when you complete a anime a option popup comes up asking for your reaction to the show/movie

In both cases they should able to be upvoted/downvoted by users to have quality review/reactions.

We already have reactions, they are just called comments or notes here (comments are public, notes appear in your list only). Sorting comments by number of likes is a feature that could be added.
