options have disappeared

Due to a failure on my computer, I had to reinstall Obsidian, and then paste the backup copy of my vault, to my surprise I found that the books plugin no longer allows me to edit the template options directly, nor do they even appear. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but they still don't appear:

I have verified that it is a plugin failure, I have deleted all the folders and copied the plugin again from another vault without updating and everything appears correct, as soon as I update the plugin the buttons that give me access to the sections where I can put the template code disappear Although if I add a book it still appears with my templates so there is some error in the last update that does not show the buttons.
