PingMe is a windows utility tool which lets you ping multiple websites and server together . it has notification feature so it will notify you once a given number of packet gets lost. no. pf packet can be entered manually. with this tool you can send request packet by altering the fields like msg size,ttl,df bit,timeout and check how ping reply look like
