Switch from using ansible-doc to parse to our own code for robustness #53

ansible-doc is slow
ansible-doc doesn't normalize its data
ansible-doc isn't robust (errors in parsing can break ansible-doc --list output)

For these, reasons, we'll be working on our own backend parser for extracting the docs.
