The case is for macOS versions which support custom color accent for controls. When set to Multicolor, applications' controls appear either in custom color (if specified) or in standard blue.
When compression or extraction window appears Keka uses custom Color Accent (orange) (at least I guess so):
But other windows (main and preferences) have standard blue tint:
I suppose it would be nice to have unified custom color for all Keka views. Orange, brown or any other 😏

Sorry @nitrodox, you're right indeed. The iOS version has the option to disable custom colors and use the default accent color. This should be implemented in the macOS version too.
