Histological Subtyping of breast cancers (Ductal vs Lobular)
BC-Predict has been developed to support the characterization of heterogeneity in breast cancers (please see the citation). This repository is a subset of the web-server capabilities targeted at the histological subtyping problem (ductal vs lobular), and provides a refined interface to support further progress in this research. The source code, models and sample datasets are included in this release.
