2022-02-11 Documentation all over the place and a few improvements

We released v1.16.0 of the Project Syn Commodore Component appuio-cloud, already rolled out to all Zones.

This release mainly consists of new documentation for all the Kyverno policies managed by the component which can be found on the component hub here and here.

Additionally, the release also fixes a bug in the policies which allowed users to create projects with reserved names (e.g. prefix openshift-) through oc new-project and the web console.

Finally, the release introduces support to only apply the policy to inject .spec.activeDeadlineSeconds for run-once pods matching a set of pod selectors.
