This repository is for AWS backup applications written in Python and Boto.

RunEBSBackup run snapshots of volumes whose ID can be given on the command line.  There is also a parameter
that specifies how many snapshots to keep for each volume by date.

RunEBSSnapshot creats AMIs for the specified instance.  Associated snapshots are created with each AMI and 
a parameter can be use to specify how many AMIs to retain by date.

MongoBak creates a copy of a collection. This app can be put on a cron job thereby making an hourly, daily, weekly
etc. copy of a mongodb collection
