Hi, I am using the t1-volume processing pipeline now. I have configured the required softwares. However, when I test the pipeline with only one BIDS sample, the program seems stucking with no progress or print any logs. What is wrong with that?

When I force pause, my terminal has problems, specifically it does not display my input and does not wrap.

Hello @fyb99,

Apologies for the late response. In case you still have that issue, you can try the following :

  • Launch the same command with a working directory (documentation here) in one terminal
  • Use another terminal to watch what is happening in this directory. Normally, the intermediary results of the pipelines are stored in it and are moved at the end of the process in the CAPS. This way, you can pin point what step is blocking.

Do not hesitate to report back or ask for help if needed.

Best,
