How do I get her to speak Korean?

I have no knowledge of python, so I'm sorry for asking something that may be basic.

I want to make this friend speak in Korean, but voicevox seem to not support Korean.
When running with voicevox, input and output work normally, but it only speaks English and not Korean.

There is no Korean language in the silero list, so it obviously won't be supported.

It seems like I need to use a different TTS to get this friend to talk in Korean, so I'm asking what direction I should take.

yes, you should try to find TTS that can speak korean and you will need to understand python to apply that new TTS into the code
