First official beta release with our new name, Photonic3D

For details of the changes in this release, see: #215

The highlights are:

  • New start.sh to more easily switch between dev forks and be more resilient to network failures, reducing the chance of wiping out and install and leaving nothing behind
  • Allow changing of slicing profiles and machine configs from the UI
  • Built in API documentation at the /apidoc URI
  • Support for PNG image masks
  • Update names and logos to Photonic3D
  • Numerous bug fixes
  • Re-organized source code to conform to standard Maven/Gradle standards
