Sets Area515's laser to raster or vector mode with a simple GUI (tkinter)
Two options
Vector Mode:
Manaully change the laser power, display the current power setting, open linuxcnc configured to vector
Raster Mode:
Sets the laser power for raster, browse for/select an image file to be converted, convert the file, oepn linuxcnc configured to raster
