- Point BuildRequires to alma 9.2 by default
- Make eext base image off alma 9.3 minimal
- Remove local-deps from manifest and instead make it a command line param to mock/build
- Add manifest spec changes for eextgen
- Remove unwanted file
- Fix the Dockerfile to be buildable again
Instead of specifying local-deps in manifest, make it a commandline param. This way, when a generator is implemented, we can make it generate the command with --use-local-deps argument, when dependencies are specified in the generator spec.
