I tried uploading this tiled file to NimbusImage, selecting "Composite image" and "Transcode into optimized TIFF":

The transcoding went fine, but the result seems scrambled. Does composition have some sort of x-y swap bug in it maybe?

This is fixed in the latest large_image. Please rebuild the docker.
