Enhancing Footer UI

The footer of the website can be enhanced. Additionally, we can add a section for newsletter subscriptions and various links to improve ease of access and create a more balanced layout.

This is a very good idea, but we will move forward with it once more than half of the backend work is completed. I don't think this issue is a priority at the moment, but once 70-80% of the project is finished, we will implement it.
