Build docker image for any commit

Replace YOUR_TAG and YOUR_CHECKOUT_COMMIT to build manually:

git checkout YOUR_CHECKOUT_COMMIT
docker build . -f auto-setup.Dockerfile -t temporalio/auto-setup:YOUR_TAG
