Current Behavior

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Go to settings and set default description template to RAD.
  2. Add an entry to Title notes to any description.
  3. Via the database, set the new note content to NULL.
  4. VIa the database, delete the new NULL note.
  5. Note that the entry (via GUI), is still present.

Expected Behavior

If a note entry is empty/NULL, Title notes should not be displayed.
