This fixes #4 in CiviCRM 5.47. You are advised to upgrade if you are running 5.47+ Note that issue #4 might apply to earlier CiviCRM versions, too, but it was reported against 5.47 and this has been tested against 5.47. If the settings screen still shows the list of groups, then you do not need to upgrade.
