2.4.3 — "Move to Applications folder"
- App asks if you'd like it to move itself to the Applications folder
2.4.2 — Readability & Fast projects access
2.4 — Animations
Status Item Animates
On run:
- Spin + fade in
On stop:
- Fade out
2.3.3 — Speed and Interface
Menu
- Opens twice as fast
- Open
~/Sites/
from "Preferences" submenu (or with ⌘O shortcut) - Open hidden "About" window using ⌘I shortcut
Status Item
- Now highlights on any type of click or other action
- Won't change it's state if the server hasn't changed it.
So if you cancel password prompt while turning server on, it won't display false info that the server was turned on, like it was in previous versions.
2.3.2 — More Click Actions
- Open
~/Sites/
folder with double click or dragging a file onto the Status Item
Unfortunately, conflicts with files dragged from Finder (so, also from the Desktop).
But works fine with files dragged from Dock (e.g.Downloads
) or files from other apps (e.g. messengers)
- MiddleClick on the Status Item to switch server state
2.3.1 — Fixed RMB action
RMB click on Menu Item:
- Won't open the menu itself (#1)
- Was opening localhost even if the server is stopped. Now it runs the server first, so working as expected
2.3 — Preferences: The Beginning
- Added "Preferences" submenu
- with "Launch at Login" option
2.2.4 — Spotlight triggers Icon State
- Switching server state via Spotlight Search now also triggers Status Stem to look like disabled or enabled, as regular switching via the Status Menu does
2.2.3 — Status Item shows Server State
- Changed key equivalents to more intuitive (by first letter of action)
- Visit button alternate — visit localhost
- More native interface, similar to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi status items.
- Drag status icon away from status bar to terminate
2.2.2 — Switch using Spotlight
- Open LocalSwitch when it's already running to switch server state
