Map ejectasnapshot.dat to ARTIS grid:
at maptogrid
This makes a file grid.dat
Make ARTIS model files from grid.dat with
at makeartismodelfromparticlegridmap
The Shared Google Drive must be mounted first at accessible at the path:
/Volumes/GoogleDrive/Shared drives/GSI NSM
cd into /Volumes/GoogleDrive/Shared drives/GSI NSM/Mergers/SFHo_long/SFHo_long_snapshot/ and run:
at makemodelfromparticlegridmap -trajroot ../Trajectory_SFHo_long-radius-entropy -targetmodeltime_days 0.05 -dimensions 1 -outputpath my_artis_model
In the folder my_artis_model will be several text files needed to run an ARTIS model.
