[FEATURE] Autoclose $$ symbols

Could you add a feature where it autoclose $$ symbols when you type one $? And also move the cursor between the symbols? That is literally the only reason i have Quick latex plugin installed, would be nice to have it all in latex suite please.

By default, when you type mk, it expands to $$ with the cursor placed between them. If you don't like this snippet, you can define your own. In my opinion, typing mk is easier than typing $.
