Document data models

Data models were integrated into the system as an optional feature in version 2.0.0. However, the files for them aren't as detailed in comments as the rest of the system.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add thorough comments to each file under src/datamodels/module/data/ to explain what's happening in each part of the data model.
• Update the readme to link to helpful documentation related to data models.
• Update the tutorial on the wiki to explain how data models are used in Boilerplate.
