Description
What is the goal of this pull request?
Upgrade to the latest and greatest version of asciidoctor-pdf, 2.3.17.
Are there any implications of this pull request? Anything a user must know?
Similar to asciidoctor-pdf this PR fixes the version of rexml to 3.2.6.
With the latest version the build would fail too.
