I'm calling sendServerOptions to do something similar to what's described in #83, but when I attempt to send a comma delimited list of values, an IndexOutOfRangeException is thrown:

ms.sendServerOptions({ 'x-dependencies': '1,2' });

I believe this occurs in SetOptionsHandler because the optionsString is expected to contain a comma delimited list of options/values:

var options = optionsString
         .Split(Comma)
         .Select(p => p.Split(EqualsSign))
         .ToDictionary(p => p[0], p => p[1]);
