[BUG] Slack notification workflow is not working

Describe the bug.

The workflow https://github.com/asyncapi/.github/blob/master/.github/workflows/issues-prs-notifications.yml is not working as expected and is failing.

Expected behavior

The workflow should send the proper notification.
