Marketing WG Meeting Summary.

Clarifying Objectives and Goals
The group discussed the need to better align the community marketing strategy with the broader community goals and objectives. There was confusion around the distinction between goals and objectives, and how the marketing-specific goals relate to the overall community initiatives. The group agreed that more clarity and transparency are needed to understand the connections and overlaps between the different workstreams.

Onboarding and Documentation
A key point of discussion was around the creation and promotion of onboarding documentation and video content. While the community management team is focused on developing this content, the marketing group also has goals related to expanding the community's documentation. The group acknowledged the need to better coordinate these efforts and clarify the respective responsibilities.

Transparency and Open Communication
The group recognized the importance of maintaining transparency and open communication, especially when there is overlap between different initiatives. There was a suggestion to have a separate document that provides an overview of the various programs and responsibilities, which could then be referenced in the strategy documents. This would help avoid duplication and ensure everyone understands the connections between the different workstreams.
