Refactor the edit-this-page-on-github workflow

Currently some pages are not getting redirected correctly so we need to fix this issue as it is creating some problem

@DhairyaMajmudar we need to reform the whole workflow as there are many errors in it so we need to check all the workflows which add docs in website

1. markdown files are not redirecting properly
2. create a template for adding docs in website
3. create a logic to add new redirects
