Black links for cheaper printing

This version is the same as the university hand-in version, except all hyperlinks, cross-references and bibliography links are printed in black. This reduces the number of non-black pages in the PDF to 77 for cheaper printing.

Hand-in State

This is the state of the dissertation as handed in to the Humboldt University for review. The file main.pdf is the output of the compilation with LuaLaTeX at this state.
