Parrot v0.9-alpha

Almost at a v1.0 release - there have been lots of changes:

• Send multiple media types now including uploaded files.
• Preferences (mostly) work again.
• Better XPC and Service protocol API.
• Use parrotd for more things now - but not for all message passing.
• Add string message formatting (similar to markdown).
• Create conversations.
• Drag & Drop support for select views and item types.
• Share and Action extensions work.
• Better GVoice and Group support.
• Message sound support (and restored conversation background/etc stuff).
• HUGE Internal API CHANGES.

EDIT: The release has been updated to fix two critical bugs.

Parrot v0.7-alpha

And again, another major update!

• Redesigned the Conversations and Messages header UI.
• Added a half-working Directory UI.
• Added support for sending images in addition to plain text.
• Replaced automatic event fetching with a manual button (due to some scrollback issues).
• Higher performance list UI element.
• Preferences are dead, unfortunately, and a fix is coming in v0.8-alpha.
• Focus indicator that dims when the person isn't looking at the conversation.
• Directory shows "Last Seen" and "Status" for each person.
• Contact cards from the Directory and Messages UI.

Parrot v0.6-alpha

Another major update! Woohoo!

• Authentication flow is fixed and works again.

Parrot v0.5-alpha

Major update!

Pretty much a complete UI and architecture overhaul. Most things reliably work, with the exception of scrollback for conversations and messages, group management, conversation management, and focus/presence. The architecture enables it, but the UI doesn't support it yet.
