Hentoid v1.6.9 - Hotfix

• New : Queue screen : Clicking on the source icon leads to the source webpage (same behaviour as the downloads view)
• Fixed : Hitomi downloads (again - the site is building its defenses day after day and we learn it the hard way; thanks to you all for your patience)
  >>>>> WARNING : Failed Hitomi downloads won't work when retrying using the (!) button. You'll have to delete the book and download it again from the site.
• Fixed : Rare crash while deleting books
