EDD_Recurring_Customer has been deprecated

But the library includes and uses it many times.

@Basilakis we will deff consider it. The library is just something lower on the priority chain of updates. We hop in and take care of things necessary periodically. I'll be reviewing it this week, as I work through some of the Open issues and PRs in the library.
