TAG_KEY and TAG_VALUE_FILTER are mentioned in the setup instructions, but not in deploy.sh

Are they residual from a previous version? If not, what are they used for?

Ok, I found them in lambda.py. It looks like there is a default for TAG_VALUE_FILTER of *, and TAG_KEY appears to be doing some preprocessing of the filter file, so also not necessary.

You might want to update your instructions to make this a bit more transparent.

Some explanation on this would be great. I would like to have this report provide some tags that are on the accounts.
