init pipeline fails?

$ copilot pipeline deploy
Only found one pipeline; defaulting to: module5

✘ create pipeline: wait until stack pipeline-module1-module5 create is complete: ResourceNotReady: failed waiting for successful resource state

And

$ copilot pipeline show
✘ select deployed pipelines: no deployed pipelines found
$ copilot pipeline ls
$

I have setup my connection to https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/codesuite/settings/connections and used the name connection_name: con-1 in console.aws.amazon.com/codesuite/settings/connections I have also used this permissions

Well, I went to cloud formation and found the error on one of the subtabs which was a configuration that was impeding startup of the service.

NOTE: even though the error on the terminal is kind of wrong as it doesn't say the error reported in those retried task, you need to go to the web dashboard to lookout for the specific error.
