Updates cargo-dist to 0.5.0 while also fixing the
AppendReleasejob for that new release. We restructuredrelease.ymlin a way that broke its assumptions.#667 is an alternate take on this that uses the new extra artifacts feature which will be available in cargo-dist 0.6.0, but which hasn't been released yet.
