2.0 - for Experience 2.0.1

Severe rework of the patcher. Main features:

• Experience 2.0.1 format support;
• No more races cloning, thanks to ability to refer Actor Form IDs to assign XP values;
• Settings reworked to keep minimal required controls in Synthesis GUI, while leaving 'deeper' customization in Data/ files;
• Extra feature - easy access to change per-level XP values. Enabled by default and increased vanilla values from 75 -> 100 and 25 -> 50 respectively

1.0 - for Experience 1.4 or below
