Hello! This repo appears to have been more or less abandoned and CEC has now been kicked out of CRAN because the changes required by CRAN maintainers have not been made on time. This package is important for my work and I'd be happy to take over its maintenance here or, alternatively, to submit to CRAN a forked version that I would maintain independently, whichever is easier. Would that be agreeable to the creators of this package?
