How to use with Home Assitant?

I have seen many pages and I tried to integrate snapcast, but a windows turns up and is asking for a Host. I haven't got a clue what to enter (localhost does not work) and can not find any manual which is explaining how o install snapcast into Home Assistant.
The reason for looking for snapcast is that I read that it is possible to create a snapshot of my Google Home speakers, so, when there is any announcement (like "coffee is ready"), I can restart (the music) where it was interrupted before.
