Download and extract to file path

Is there any sample example or test Nuget package download and extract file?

There is no builtin sample for downloading a nuget package, but you can easily push any package you have on your machine. I usually just go to my local nuget cache (%userprofile%\.nuget\packages) and push whatever is there.
