Victron support

I've had a chance to test Victron support in BBN OS on a boat with many Victron devices.
Both SignalK Venus plugin and Victron web app worked just as expected.
As soon as pi4 and Victron Cerbo GX were on same lan, and Cerbo GX MQTT and remote management were enabled
pi4 was able to connect to Cerbo using SignalK Venus plugin (provided with Cerbo's IP address).
Cerbo GX was plugged via ethernet in boat router (StarLink router).
Victron web app and remote console worked fine on BBN pi4 as well.
