A preliminary exploration of visualizing the WES pathways using R. Generates a
simple network graph using the igraph package.
Run the run_all.R script in the project root.
Data is from the 2015 WES survey, and may be found in the /data folder. The
CSVs are adapted from the Excel documents. graph_layout.csv uses manually-set
x, y coordinates to place the various nodes.
Alpha. Most development work is being done on the web version (repo TBD).
