MA note Could be solved at the moment by disabling the assign to engagement/actions drop-down on the UM tab

Anyone who has been assigned to an engagement can be "Reinstated" to the engagement from the engagement UM page despite changes to their role from the UM tab.

Examples:

  • Someone is reassigned from TM -> Superuser: On the engagements they were assigned to as a TM, if you go to one of their engagement UMs, they are listed as "revoked" and you can reinstate them on the engagement UM page.

  • Someone is reassigned TM -> Viewer: You can go to an engagement's UM they were revoked on and reinstate them as a TM.

  • Someone is reassigned from TM -> Reviewer: when on the engagement UM page, you can still successfully add them on the engagement as a TM. (role in UM tab still remains as reviewer)

  • Someone is reassigned from TM -> Reviewer: After being reassigned as a Reviewer, they are reinstated on an engagement from the UM tab. When you go to that engagement's UM, they are shown as a TM as 'active'.

These things should not be possible since they are no longer a TM.

Potential Solution:
Remove any ability to revoke/reinstate from an engagement's UM. All changes must be made in the UM tab/User details.
