This adds 2 additional dependencies, one of which adds a total of 68 dependencies. This is problematic for security reasons. This can likely use the bsocks module, which has been used elsewhere for a similar purpose. |

This closes #10. You can remove the try-require if you think this feature is core enough to always be a dependency.
