This program was previously maintained within harctoolboxbundle. It is now an independent top-level project on Github. However, it is now discontinued, replaced by IrpTransmogrifier
IrpMaster is a program and a library for generation, manipulation, and analysis of infrared (IR) signals, in particular a renderer of IR protocols in the so-called IRP-notation.
