Version 1.2.14

I plan to release version 1.2.14 to the end of the year. (Keeping the yearly release schedule :-).) It corresponds to Milestone 14. There are some, partially extensive, bugfixes, but nothing really dramatic for the average user.

Things I consider, but will probably not do: #111, #251, #252, #256. (If you really would like to see some of these done, speak up).

This will probably be the last version supporting Java 8.
