What's new in the version v2.3.0 - 16 April 2024:
- In order to shrink the size of the local database all files are individually gzipped before the directories are zipped. This provides a major reduction in local database size with a negligible hit to performance.
What's new in the version v2.2.0
- All MEME files were reformated and updated to reflect all peaks with a identified motif and not just a subset peaks with an identified motif.
- TRANSFAC files were updated alongside the MEME overhaul.
What's new in the version v2.1.0
- Converted data compendium file structure into zipped folder for local storage.
- Built an SQLite file to mirror the online MySQL database leveraged within the MethMotif server.
- Packaged the zipped compendium and SQLite database into a local version of the TFregulome database found here.
What's new in the version v2.0.0
- 865 PWMs in mouse were added (For Canada server; for Singapore server coming soon).
What's new in the version v1.2.0
- More detailed information about motifs added: i) consistency with the existing databases (HOCOMOCO and JASPAR); ii) correlation of the motifs identified by different motif callers, MEME-ChIP and HOMER, if not consistent or not recorded in the databases.
What's new in the version v1.1.0:
- 92 TFBSs with DNA methylation levels were included from MethMotif
- Tag fold change values were added for each TF peak set. Tag fold change values were obtained from MACS2 outputs and it measures the fold change of reads in the TF ChIP-seq compared to the control ChIP-seq
- Re-annotate cell and tissue names.
