<patient name> is requesting access to the first page of the device data for their medtronic device for the period midnight and midnight yesterday. This is a legally enforceable request that you have 30 days to answer.

This request is necessary because cannot get access to the data directly, but needs real time access. Currently, the FDA does not require medical devices to provide patients with direct access to their data. Medtronic is capable of providing this access but choses not to. The only person who is legally required to provide this data to the patient is you, the provider.
